Final Saturday of the campaign

Started the day in the office helping to sort out teams getting the last of our first three leaflets out. Rather more environmentally friendly that the avalanche of leaflets being printed by one of the other parties in this election. You may have noticed, even the postmen are complaining now. Then up to Weston, chatting to people and giving a hand to the leafleting team. This afternoon was time to promote Small Business Saturday. This is an annual event to promote our local small businesses. We started at the Bath Christmas Market then headed to Green Park Station which although busy was a relative oasis of calm. Local traders very happy about our policies of raising Employment Allowance, continuation of low 19% corporation tax, and further cuts to business rates. Many thanks to Beyond the Kale for the best cup of oat milk coffee I've ever had!
